up for an evening of international intrigue as the Cultural Council hosts “A World Tour of Jazz,” featuring the ever-talented Yvette Norwood-Tiger. Along with her one-of-a-kind ensemble, Norwood-Tiger will lead guests through the jazz clubs of Brazil, Spain, France and many other global hotspots through the art of song. She has performed with such acts as the Cotton Club All Stars, Tito Puente Jr., David Fathead Newman, and family members of Celine Dion. On July 29, she graces the Cultural Council stage for her third featured concert.
